Redwood TV

Redwood TV is the closest thing I have ever had to a child (hopefully). RTV is the weekly update show and class at my high school, but when I joined my sophomore year, it was just a club with 4 people. Every year I expanded it until I was teaching a class of 32 students my senior year and creating full 10-14 min episodes for the school to watch every week. Episodes contained news, montages, weather reports, student music profiles, skits and more. The amount of literal blood, sweat and tears that I poured into that program as lead director and editor was unlike anything I had worked for my entire life. I learned so many things about how to work with my peers, how to lead my peers, how to take criticism, how to stand up for myself, and how to make a good movie.
